Last month we made a donation of 2000€

We have been able to make donations to several societies over the past months‭. ‬To Mazarrón Day Centre‭, ‬who provide social activities for the disabled and elderly in our area‭, ‬we donated a shower seat and packs of adult incontinent pants‭. ‬We have also donated food to the San José Church for their Food Bank‭. ‬

Last month we made a donation of 2000€‭ ‬to the charity‭, ‬Forget Me Not‭, ‬who provide respite care based in Camposol‭.  ‬

This month we are going to make a donation of 1000€‭ ‬to The Royal British Legion for their Poppy Appeal‭. ‬

At our recent meeting we have proposed we approach the local Red Cross with a suggestion that we could supply their beach Lifeguard posts with defibrillators‭. ‬There was an incident on one of our local beaches during this summer where if a defibrillator had‭ ‬been available a life may have been saved‭. ‬We will also be making another donation to the Food Bank over the next month‭. ‬This is a regular donation made to the Church Food Bank every two months throughout the year‭. ‬

Our van will be at Urbanisation Camposol Sector A Commercial Centre every first Tuesday of the month‭, ‬for any donations‭. ‬At other times you can call us on 603‭ ‬389‭ ‬006‭ ‬to collect or alternatively‭, ‬Alen’s shop on Camposol Sector A has kindly volunteered to accept smaller donated items‭. ‬
